Understanding the Calendar

On the calendar, a capital letter ‘M’ indicates a Minimum Day.
The first four days of school (August 19–22) are minimum days, for Kinder through 8th grade.
On minimum days, school is dismissed one hour earlier than normal. Please review the times below:

Instructional Schedules

Transitional Kindergarten (TK):

Regular Start Time: 8:00 AM
However, on the first four days of school, 8/19-8/22, start time is 8:15 AM to give parents more arrival/drop-off time due to traffic congestion on the first days of school.
Lunch Served: 11:10 AM (optional)
TK Dismissal is 11:10 AM – 11:40 AM
Minimum days do NOT affect TK students.

Kindergarten – 3rd Grade (K-3)

Regular Day: 8:00 AM – 1:45 PM
Minimum Day: 8:00 AM – 12:45 PM

Note for Kindergarteners (K): On the first four days of school, start time is 8:15 AM to give parents more arrival/drop-off time due to traffic congestion on the first days of school. End Time is 12:30 PM.

4th – 8th Grade (4-8)

Regular Day: 8:00 AM – 2:25 PM
Minimum Day: 8:00 AM – 1:45 PM

If your child will need bus transportation this school year, please complete the registration form by Friday, August 8th, using the link below:

Grades TK–3: 1:50 PM
Grades 4–8: 2:30 PM

Activities Prior to the First Day of School

TK/K Orientation & Ice-Cream Social

Friday, August 15, 2025
3:00 PM

Bring your children to supervised play while parents receive important program information.
Following Orientation, join Principal Hunter & AP Read in the Cafeteria at 3:30 PM for an Ice Cream Social.
