We are honored and excited to participate in the Pledge Across Tuolumne, sponsored by Tuolumne County Superintendent of Schools and KKBN 93.5, in their effort to celebrate the voices of our students and bring the community together.
Each Friday, one class recites the Pledge of Allegiance for the entire community to hear, and on OCTOBER 17, one of our classes has been chosen to do the honors.

HISTORY OF OUR FLAG
Did you know that our American flag, proudly flying on our campus, has a unique history? Our American flag was actually flown over the United States Capitol. It has since retired from this duty and now is a part of the Sonora Elementary campus. Thank you to the Silvey family for procuring this flag. It is an honor to fly here at SES.
